Incubation for a US based LPO start-up
An LPO company from US, wanted to kick start a processing unit in India. Company had options of tying up with an existing LPO or to start of its own. Considering our knowledge and experience of handling BPO activities of US based organizations and capability to host a team to get production going we were selected as a partner.
While starting a back office in India, every organization plans for optimal cost and starting delivery as early as possible without compromising on quality.
India is having sufficient English speaking and educated employees. However to tap right reasorce, understand customer objectives such as per hr cost, company culture, delivery parameters and growth plans is of prime importance in building an delivery unit.

The time of setting up the unit and start delivery was as short as 15 days. Our experience of mapping the process, converting it to a defined process and creating training Manuel, ready set-up, local contacts helped achieve the time target.
